Educating Funders, Government Officials, and the Public Educating Funders, Government Officials, and the Public is a guide that will help you prepare to speak with legislators and others about adult education. Many adult education programs do not have enough money to operate. You can speak from your experiences on how the program has helped you. Your experiences will help legislators understand why they should increase funding for adult education and improve it. This guide is from Voice of Adult Learners United to Educate (VALUE). VALUE is a charitable organization working to improve our nation's education system and empower adults who struggle with literacy to realize their human potential.

Adult Learner Statement of Rights
ProLiteracy invites you to sign the Petition on Adult Learner Statement of Rights. If you agree with what is written in the petition, use the online form found beneath it to sign on and submit the message to your legislators and the President.
